Students keep busy while staying at home

The Lighthouse caught up with 10 students to see what they’ve been doing since stay-at-home orders were declared.

Senior Jonathon Berko has been lifting weights to get himself prepared for college athletics. He is also playing video games such as NHL20.

Junior Carley Martin is using editing software to assist her sister’s sorority. She is also doing a lot of schoolwork to stay ahead of her due dates.

Junior Maggie Fodera is baking cupcakes and other sweets. She is also binge-watching “Gossip Girl” on Netflix.

Senior Piotr Partyla is preparing for Big Ten football. He works out at open fields and lifts weights at home.

Sophomore Ricky Rainey plays with his dog Zoey. He is also playing video games.

Junior Nick Morelli is hitting baseballs. He is also staying active by riding his bike with friends while staying at least six feet apart.

Sophomore Meghan Docherty is practicing her softball skills and catching up on Netflix shows.

Junior Tyler McDowall stays active by playing hockey outside. He is also buying new fishing rods that he intends to use this summer.

Junior Gia Estrella goes on walks with her dog Blu. She is also baking sweet treats such as scones.

Senior Mackenzie Kelly is watching recently-released movies and shows on Netflix such as “Tiger King.” She is also practicing her softball skills by hitting.
