With summer around the corner, it is a perfect time to test new products to add to your skin routine. If you’re looking for new products to try out during summer vacation, these products will draw to your attention:

1. Soap and Glory The Scrub of Your Life

Most people like to go to the pool during the summer but forget how dry their skin can become from the chlorine. To fix this problem, try out Soap and Glory The Scrub of Your Life, available at Ulta for $12.00. This scrub has a pleasant floral aroma, similar to smelling flowers on a sunny summer day and will surely get rid of that chlorine smell. It will leave all parts of your body feeling smooth, soft and ready for a summer tan.
Directions: In the shower, squeeze a handful of the product into your palm and scrub it onto your skin until satisfied. Then rinse thoroughly.

2. Soap and Glory Vitamin C Facial Wash

It is very difficult to find a face wash that will not irritate your skin. However, if you have not already, try out Soap and Glory Face Soap and Clarity 3-in-1 Daily Vitamin C Face Wash, available at Ulta for $12.00. This product is truly amazing and will nourish your skin regardless of your skin type. This face wash leaves your skin super clean and smooth while brightening and energizing it for the day. Not to mention, it also includes ultra-soft scrub-beads which are gentle on the skin.
Directions: Wet your face and squeeze a grape-sized amount of the product onto your skin while rubbing it into a lather. Then rinse to reveal fresh skin.

3. Lil’ Scrubbies Facial Cleansing Pads

Many people use their hands to wash their faces, but that is not effective considering that the pressure you use from your hands varies on different parts of your face. Instead, try out Lil’ Scrubbies Facial Cleansing Pads, available at Five Below for $2.00. This product is not only super affordable but also reusable and gets the job done. This product gently massages and deeply cleanses your skin to exfoliate and soften it. It is made with a durable silicone which is easy to pack for travel.
Care instructions: Rinse the cleansing pad with warm water after every use.

4. Not Your Mother’s Beach Babe Texturizing Hair Cream

If you want those beautiful beach waves even when you can’t go to the beach, try out Not Your Mother’s Beach Babe Texturizing Hair Cream, available at Ulta for $5.99. This product will give you the most gorgeous textured waves regardless of how straight your hair is. It is easy to use and will give you good results.
Directions: With damp hair, squeeze a small amount and work an even layer onto your palms. Scrunch the product into your hair, adding more product as needed to achieve your desired style. Allow your hair to air dry or use a diffuser for quicker results.

5. Benefit Cosmetics Lovetint Lip and Cheek Stain

If you are looking for a vibrant cheek stain that actually lasts the whole day, give Benefit Cosmetics Lovetint Lip and Cheek Stain, available at Sephora for $18, a try. This product doubles as a lip stain and gives off a vibrant color. This product is pricey, but it is definitely worth the money. You will instantly see the difference from a powder blush.
Direction: A little product goes a long way, so dab a small amount onto your cheeks and use your finger to blend the color onto your cheeks.
