The Department of Fine and Performing Arts presented its annual Winter Concert on Dec. 5 in the gym.

The band started off the night with the performance of “A Christmas Collage.” Next up was the select choir, which presented “Once Upon A December,” a classic Disney soundtrack from “Anastasia.” The jazz band followed up with “Santa Baby,”  which included solos by junior Aaron Alvarez on the tenor saxophone, sophomore Matt Derrig on the trumpet and senior Anthony Sammarone on the trombone.

After intermission, the chorale performed “A Celtic Silent Night,” followed by the concert choir’s rendition of “O Holy Night.”

The band ended the night with “Home for Christmas,” which was a medley of songs consisting of “Home for the Holidays,” “I’ll be Home for Christmas” and “Let It Snow.”
