The 2023 National Football League draft, which took place from April 27-29 in Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri, did not disappoint.

The North Carolina Panthers got the No. 1 pick after making a big trade with the Chicago Bears. The first draft was quarterback Bryce Young. He was a quarterback for the University of Alabama and is the new starting quarterback for the North Carolina Panthers. Young is going to be a big help to the Panthers because the team has a mid-tier offense, so he is going to make it much better.

The second drafted player was C.J. Stroud to the Houston Texans. Stroud was a quarterback for Ohio State University. With the Texans having one of the worst offenses in the league, Stroud is going to be carrying the Texans to the very few victories they are going to have.

With the No. 3 overall selection, University of Alabama edge rusher Will Anderson Jr. was drafted to the Houston Texans. He is athletic and has a high ceiling of potential in the NFL. He is going to bring his talent to an awful Texas defense.

Young is going to be a big help to the Panthers because the team has a mid-tier offense, so he is going to make it much better.

With the No. 4 overall draft pick, the Indianapolis Colts selected Florida Gators quarterback Anthony Richardson. He is young and has raw talent that will allow him to bring many wins to the Colts.

The No. 5 overall draft pick the Seattle Seahawks selected University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign cornerback Devon Witherspoon. He is going to be a good addition to the Seahawks’ defense, and he will be able to stop the other team from scoring the majority of plays.

The next generation of NFL athletes are going to leave fans astonished. I can’t wait to see these players make the NFL much more interesting during the upcoming NFL season.
