Tons of users on TikTok have recently been trying out the trend of manifestation. This trend came to be back in October 2019 by Karin Yee, a blogger who runs the site “Choosing Gratitude,” and she says she manifested over $10,000 using this website.
Manifestation is defined as bringing something into your life by consciously believing it is going to happen or come. It is a spiritual practice that goes back to the 19th century. This is why some people believe it is a bad thing.
First of all, manifestation is taught to go against some religions. For example, according to the Bible, manifesting is a sin.
Another probable reason is thatsome people just don’t believe in it, which is understandable.
The origin of manifestation is in religion and spirituality because if something spiritual becomes real, it is said to be manifestation.
If some people are unsure of how to manifest, here are some ways they may practice it.
On the TikTok app, users have been writing down the things they are manifesting obsessively (5×55 Method). However, there are many other methods people claim have worked for them so they can achieve their manifestations.
Lighting incense is supposed to help concentration while manifesting. Following your intuition, having an attitude of gratitude and creating a new identity are all ways to help manifest.
The strongest manifestation method is the visualization method. Do this by visualizing a desire and feeling what it’s like to have it. Believe that you have it. See yourself having it.
Manifesting is pretty much asking the universe for a desire, so it is important to be clear in your techniques. Even if it’s not the outcome desired, you have to receive and acknowledge what does come and take it as a sign.
People tend to try out different methods of manifestation until they find one that consistently works for them. The 5×55 Method is choosing a dream or goal and writing it down 55 times for five days in a row. The 369 Manifestation Method was created on TikTok. To do it, write down what is being manifested three times in the morning, write it down six times in the afternoon and write it down nine times in the evening, completing it.
The strongest manifestation method is the visualization method. Do this by visualizing a desire and feeling what it’s like to have it. Believe that you have it. See yourself having it. This signals the subconscious that this feeling and this state are real. Some also draw it and memorize the drawing, set goals and write them down.
However, there is a different or dark side to manifestation. Sometimes, what one manifests can become the opposite of what was wanted. When focusing on what one doesn’t want and on everything wrong in life, one risks attracting more of the same. The universe could respond to negative thoughts by manifesting negative things.
To focus on what is wanted and not what is unwanted, follow the Law of Attraction:
1. Know what is truly wanted.
2. Focus on gratitude and positive self-talk.
3. Be intentional with communication.
3. Visualize success.
5. Accountability is key.
More simply, the Law of Attraction says that one will attract into life whatever he/she has focused on. This means that if one focuses on negative thoughts, those thoughts will come true, but if they think more of positive outcomes, the positive thoughts will come true.
So, what do you think about manifestation? Do you trust it? Good luck!
